format is best way but all your data gone, if you dont want data lost then go to boot.ini and see which directory is installed and you can delete the whole directory when you boot up with the OS you wants to keep, this way will kill 90% of the OS that you dont want and still keeping your data.

The only way I know of is to format your hard drive that they are on.

reformat and repartition and reinstall using partition magic or Gparted
