People who work night shifts.
It's no worse than someone working 9 - 5, and then going for a beer.
If you work through the night, you can have a beer after your shift if the bars are open in the mornings.

People who work third shift, 8am is there midnight. And Drunks or Alcoholics, they feel like getting drunk anytime.

You'd be amazed. My parents owned a bar when I was a kid and it was the people who worked night shift that came in at 8am after they got off work. It's their night time.

you need to get rid of the hangover somehow... and what better way is there to get over your killer hangover from the night before by replenishing the excessive amount of alcohol that your body has already processed.
