Thankfully the government has restrained some of those rights, wen, overwhelming eveidence of harm was being done to individuals not powerful enough to state a grievence. What say you?

No, a large portion of 14th Amendment has been a disaster. Corporations now have more power than the average person. The founders of country would not agree with the interpretation of the amendment

Most of the Supreme Court cases related to the amendment have been corporations wanting to infringe on the rights of individuals.

There is nothing wrong with corporations. We must remember people come first, not organizations. This country was design for the people and by the people.

Hell No!! Corporations do not have morals or souls. Watch the movie "The Corporation" and you will agree with me.

There is nothing in the Constitution that says corporations have any rights and that is the way it should be.

No, it allows a way for people to break the law and hide behind incorporation. Sometimes they do get caught, but a lot goes on we don't see.
