I got preggers 2 weeks after getting off the pill. For the first 4-6 weeks your pregnant you might not feel anything. I had no idea I was pregnant. I thought I screwed up my cycle by going off the pill. I was fine until week 10 then I got my morning sickness and it lasted until week 12.

How funny? How were you trying to concieve if you were on the pill? I have 2 kids and I knew right away before I even took the test (no lie)! Something was really strange with me I just knew. With my first I still got my period so by the time I was late I say I "just knew" but, get this, I was 2 1/2 months pregnant already! Yeah thats how I knew LOL Im no psycic with my second (which I was pregnant with 9 months after the birth of my son so the feeling was still "fresh" in my mind) I knew something was up I was one day late and I just bought a pregnancy test. I was right!

The first month or two most people dont even know they're pregnant. You could have sore breasts, spotting (implantation bleeding) or you could just have a deep down feeling that you know you are. Morning sickness (around 7-10 weeks) and other things like stomach cramps or back pains dont happen intill later.
