She might be autistic or bipolar as well but i'm sure you already had that checked. I seen a study where super omega 3 complex helps with ADD and autism. Most kids grow out of add.

tMy 22 year old was the same way .. Very quiet and reserved ... He wasn't into kids his own age and still isn't .. He didn't talk to me much then but eventually , he got over this.. I just kept talking to him and eventually, he responded...
As long as you are getting some kind of response at any given time from her , I wouldn't worry ... If you want her into a more social setting , involve her in things that are group based .. The only problem , Children with ADD , do not play well in groups... Its too much stimulation for them and they get overwhelmed ...
Start with something small like a friend over or have your own talk time .. Just you and her.. Me and my son used to talk at dinner time and now , that's when we talk ... He will come over and that's what we do talk an have dinner :)
These children have sooo many things running through their brain at one time that it's hard to assimilate all of it..
I would suggest a good book on ADD... Any bookstore would have some great title to choose from ...
This way you have a better understanding of what ADD really is and how to cope with some of the difficulties...
Hope I could help

My sister has ADHD and when she doesn't answer it is because "She is easily distracted" and she is thinking deeply about something else. I do not see the problem with not playing with kids her own age. It really depends if they are older or younger. If they are younger, she should keep her in the same grade or if they are older let her be. She is mature for her age. I suggest you get her some ADD medicine. The new patch you can buy goes on your upper thigh/Hip and is comfterble. You can put it on and take it off. It is good for your daughter if she doesn't like medicine.

Does she really not like to play with children her own age, or is she just not accepted?
If shes pointed out in class as the child with ADD, maybe the classmates are giving her problems.
Why not try to enroll her in some other activities thats she passionate about with children her own age, a soccer team? swimming league? There has to be something she likes to do.

Some children is just mean, you cant make them be her friend maby they just dont want to be her friend or maby she is not intrested in them and if you want to help her make friends have like a party (birthday) and have it like a sleepover or something else where the can talk to eachother and maby that will give her a chance to interact because it seems as if thats what she is not doing.

why dont anyone know about her problem? or u just saying kids dont know.. my son is 14 has adhd and spends most his time with older kids. but its not no secret. he knows and so does everyone else that he has adhd. its no secret. he plays alot on computer and games. children that have adhd cant keep still and keep focus on something to long cause they get bored. computer games and other electronic games changes and keeps them focus.. thats why so many play then. u can buy learning ones. and tell her lots of kids have it. i bet theres some in her classroom that has adhd or add...
