i wish i could pay less for more food my groc bill is about 1000 a month

Yes, you get more benefit if you eat less than your fill of food. No matter how delicious the food is, or how hungry you are.

I personally made it a rule to stop eating before I feel stuffed. That way, I can keep a good figure and still be able to eat what I please without worrying about weight.
