Circumcision is exceptionally painful, but if you want to, find a doctor who specializes in this procedure. You'll probably have to wait till you're 18.
Your size is above average (if you're truthful) so don't worry about that. It's HONESTLY not size that counts...its how you use it.
Don't bother smearing your penis with creams and whatever else. Nature intended for you to be the way you are, don't fix what isn't broken.
If you shave for YOU, that's fine. However, I have found that most women prefer men to be neatly TRIMMED, not shaved bald.
Masturbation at 15 is perfectly healthy & normal, be it twice a day or twice a week. Just don't let it overrun your life. And it won't make you any better in bed. Only experience will do that.

your size is more then normal, as for m...yes relieves stress, the shaving I personally might think it's gayish but that's me. about the cir... at this age I would advise you to stay as you are. here in America that is normally done to males when babies not teens unless religion reasons.
