yes of course first thing you need to do is try and start ovulating this can be helped with something called clomid, ive found this in my bookmarks that might be useful (i dont ovulate either because i have pcos) some of the fertilly drugs and treament options might be the same.

i'm not as sure with low sperm count, i know zinc can help improve things, but medically you'd have to ask the dr for some other kinds of drugs and stuff.

there's always ivf which could help both of you i.e with the low sperm count and the not ovulating.

i'd really advise you to go to the gyno as soon as possible and find out what sort of fertilly drugs and things there going to put you on also try thse.

yes i am i am about to start ivf.

I found out i had pcos two years ago which stopped me from ovulating but now that is sorted through treatment and a 'by chance op' and the only reason - i have been assured, by 2 docs- that i cant conceive is because my husband has a low sperm count making it difficult i have also been diagnosed since birth with thyroid disorders and fibros myalgia so if my chances of conceiving are okay with a suitable partner then there is no reason if you don't have the above that you cant

If your worried talk to your GP who can help with very easy treatment -

There is always hope. Ask your doctor about a drug called Clomid which is used to induce ovulation and get your husband to take Zinc tablets to increase his sperm count. Good luck :)
