They'll have less laundry to worry about.
As someone else noted, they will probably become increasingly comfortable with their own bodies, which is a good thing to be. They will also de-sexualize the body, and nudity -- not that the naked human form will become nonsexual to them, but they simply will not see it as automatically sexual and "so" sexual, like the rest of us usually do. And, hopefully, they will remember to close their curtains or blinds, to put on clothes before answering the door, and to exercise caution when cooking or around sharp objects.
I used to be deliberately naked a pretty fair amount of the time, when I was alone and in my home. Can't say anything "happened" to me, though. (Except, like I said, you know, less laundry!) Seriously, I felt freer, comfortable, and just fine. I didn't get cold (that's what heat is for, clothed or not, no?), I didn't get spied on (what's what blinds are for), and I didn't ever "forget" to put on my clothes before leaving the house.

Lots of things. They'll probably gain a sense of freedom that most people ignore because they're so used to being stuck in their clothes that they can't even remember what it feels like to be free of them.
If it's cold though, they might get a cold.
If they have windows and people around outside, they might get spied on.

if a women and man remains nude then only some think happens.otherwise it OK.

Nothing. They just have to get dressed when company comes over! There's nothing wrong with relaxing nude or in your undies at home, you just have to be prepared to get dressed in a hurry and change your habits a bit when company comes over.

Nothing bad will happen.
They may get cold and chilly.
They may find it easy to masterbate any time.
They may want to go to more places nude and may like to be around other people when nude.

Maybe they will grow hair and mutate??? LOL... I would think that this is more of a question for someone in a nudist colony... Remember the Friends episode with "naked ugly guy?"

That person will become comfortable with his or her body, and will feel very good about it.
Then he will want to try skinnydipping. And I can tell you from experience that he will enjoy it very much.
I hope there is a legal clothing optional beach in your area.
