She already does. She is a Sh.it-tzu and makes noises like she´s saying something. I understand her. Animals don´t need to speak human language to SPEAK.
Anyway, if she spoke to me the way you mean, I´d be very happy and would ask her all the 1,000 questions I have regarding dog behavior, feelings, etc, etc.

Ask him so many questions about why he does the things he does,might be more confused about his answers than the fact that he is talking.Maybe they all ready talk and we dont know how to listen.I love the fact that he is ALWAYS happy to see me whether I have been gone 10 minutes or all day,hes great!!!
