I can dust daily but it does no good

Definately check the filter, but since you rent you might not have a lot of control over that. If not, check with your local hardware or home improvement store. They sell filters that can fit or can be cut to fit in your floor or ceiling registers. That might help.

USE A BETTER QUALITY FILTER. THE $.89 FILTERS DON'T FILTER OUT SMALL PARTICLES. THE BETTER QUALITY FILTERS DO.
