Try Evil Dead its pretty eerie but funny too, no nudity but there is some sexual content (a girl gets raped by a tree branch and turns into a zombie)
its a classic indie horror flick check it out

One of the scariest (nail-biting scary, not gory) I've ever seen is Pitch Black.
I don't remember there being any nudity in it.
The Descent is pretty scary, too
