Probably, yes. As long as the marriage was lawful in Jamaica, the U.S. government will recognize it as such.

Side Note: I'm assuming that this is a "traditional" marriage between a man and a woman. No idea whether Jamaica allows same-sex marriages, but most U.S. states will not recognize them, even if they are lawful where the marriage was performed.
