7.30 euros is £5 at the rate I received today, 10p is about 14.6 centimos but sweets are more expensive in euroland so you better take 10 euros and your toothbrush, Have a good time

Del Pier was correct when he looked up tourist rates. Why do most people use business rates when converting €'s to £'s and £'s to €'s. You won't get that. What you do get is Tourist rate of exchange,which,according to this mornings newspapers is €1.404 to £1.
Therefore €5 is £3.56, and 10p. is 14 ct. (euro)cents
