Coach White. 35 seconds to go 300 yards? You are joking right??

Even with a 4.5 40 time you have to take into account fatigue. You cannot maintain that pace for 300 yds.

We started our conditioning program yesterday... and Times are as such when the test is given...

OL/DL - 55 Sec.

RB/LB/TE/QB - 45 Sec.

DB/WR- 35 Sec.

Sorry I thought you were talking about "Top D-I" times... 100 meters is a lot longer than 100 yards... you run 4.5 40...

300/40 =7.5 7.5 * 4.5 sec= 33.75 sec. Hence 35 sec's, plus you are always in motion, running, not start stop... and this is at the end of the conditioning program. We started at 55 yesterday for DB/WR and 65 for LB/RB and 75 for OL/DL

If your for real, I'd have to say USC, even though I hate'em, Boise St is a great school, but not a pro style offence, also is the only Non BCS school on your list. Stay out of Auburn, Tx and both Washingtons all need alot to rebuild, same in oregon. Florida and LSU are great schools too, So to recap: 1 USC 2 Florida 3 Boise State (You would fit so well if you can play both RB & WR!!!) 4 LSU 5 Texas 6 Oregon 7 Auburn 8 Washington St 9 Washington

If you figure the 40 yard times being in the area of 4.5 seconds and below, the above answer makes sense...
