Both, HP & Cannon have this price range. The question is , your need is Laser Printer or Dot Matrix.

Buy a Cannon printer it will very good than an hp printer and it catradges are very cheap.

I am using Cannon to print photos.
Cartridge refilling easier than other brands.
I am told that repairing also is easy.
