Not to be rude or anything, the first step is you have to realize that the world does not revolve around you. The second thing is to slow down and try not to be in a hurry. Enjoy the scenery while you wait. The third thing is to always treat others the way you want to be treated. You probably don't want to be rushed either. If you can master those things, that's a pretty good start.

My suggestion is prayer. Ask God to help you 2 be more of patient person. It worked for me ;-)

I HAVE HEARD PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE BUT OF COURSE I HAVE VERY LITTLE BUT I AM SLOWING FINDING OUT THAT YOU NEED TO MOVE AT A PACE YOU CAN LIVE WITH BECAUSE I HAVE NO PATIENCE AND HONESTLY I HAVE NO FRIENDS JUST WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF ABOUT TO LOSE IT BREATHE AND THINK WHAT IS THE BIG HURRY!
