What to do if some guy or anyone tries to.....?

-Steal away your purse.
-Hoots at you on the street.
-Touches you while walking on the street and things like that.

My friend once told me never to hit them cuz they can really get low.

Im 16 and hate to be treated like this and tend to throw them on the far corner of the street by their coller but that will create a scene.

And I dont think it will look good if I hit and run.

So do you think its safe to hit them really hard even if they are outside my house or collage?

Also: will they take revenge by "attacking" my sisters.

The hooters I would ignore. The touchers purse stealers I would kick in the crotch to teach them a leasson.

Stealing your purse is stealing. This can be reported to police.
Hooting is harassment but there's no law against it.
Copping a feel is sexual assault and can be reported to the police.

It's excellent that you can defend yourself physically, because who knows how far they'd take it if you couldn't. But it sounds to me like they're threatening you on a regular basis and you can report them to the police. Nothing may come of it like an arrest, but your complaint would be on record and if they ever do anything more, it would be a documented history that would count against them. Repeated reports may results in the polics patrolling your area more often, which may help.

I think it would be a good thing if the cops informed these punks' parents what kind of behavior they're up to, and that it is against the law. If you're at college, the school may have a disciplinary policy to address things like this.

Bottom line is that you shouldn't have to live like this, even if you can hit them, the point is that it needs to stop.

truth fully what i do is if some one whistles screams or anything else when I'm walking down the street i sometimes ignore them i know its not always that easy but its either that or what i do which is i spit at them or in their direction or....i just casually flick em off and keep going as far as if it gets to the point where you can hit some one or their in your personal space punch a guy in his throat and kick him in the balls....sounds low but both individually will make anyman drop to his knees in pain and that's your get away time or you can kick em while their down it just depends on what kind of person you are. as far as your sisters go I'd tell them the same thing any "man" that will attack a female is a pu$$y in my book and alot of peoples. and who cares how it looks if you hit and run you would look bad if you just stood there and got beat up dont feel bad about messin someone up that has the intentions of stealing from you or harassing you in ANY way don't stand up for it ...your still young and if its happening now it will for the rest of your life or as long as you look good so the best thing to do is be content with yourself when they do that ignore them diss em anything but if a man tries to put his hands on you and you already told him no or hell no **** him up

First instance, hit - but not just anywhere of course. You have to incapacitate them. I suppose you know how to do that. If you don't, you could get hurt: a purse snatcher is hardly a gentleman. So you shouldn't act like a "lady" in that case.
Second instance - Ignore.
Third instance - it depends if it is o bviously deliberate and can be identified as sexual harassment. If that is the case, make a formal complaint to the police. That should take care of it, normally.

This is a tough one. You can yell back at them really loud and try to attract attention and embarrass them. Take a cell phone pic and tell the police who they are and what they are doing.
