MTNL is the best. What link among the ADSL/Ethernet you are using ? Ethernet is the faster than ADSL even for celeron processor. You have not explained how improper the MTNL connection is ? I can guess that you might have been getting missing ADSL signals. Please get the telephone cable/broadband cable for any joint. If there is any joint the system gets slow almost underspending due to accumulation of carbon at the joint. Refresh the joint or get the cable changed for proper signal.

You can try with the satyam or Tata and airtel aloso now days these are available connections in the market for network connection

Try airtel. I heard it's more reliable...but don't choose BSNL. They will suck ur money
