jupiter is a planet , it has ared spot, I want to know why does it is coioured red ?

What you're seeing is a storm on jupiter's surface that is composed of different gases than the surrounding area. It also is believed to sit higher than the rest of the clouds around it. It'c composition is currently not known. See the link for more info.

Yes, the spot is a massive hurricane-like storm that has been raging for, what scientist guess, millions of years. Possibly since the planet was formed. It is colored red because that is how we perceive the colors of the gasses.

it is a storm that has been going on for about 300 years and the great red spot is 2 times larger than Earth!!
