January 2007 was my first period in a year, Their was no cause as to why i wasn't getting my period i have had tests such as my pituitary gland, thyroid, prolactin levels, liver/kidney function, LH and FSH levels tested and everything was perfect....Mind you I am 20 years old. anyways my doctor gave me a progesterone challenge 10mg for 7 days to see if that would induce a period and it did so then she suggested i use a natural progesterone cream the last ten days of my cycle..Well in february i had spotting on the 3 and 4th then the spotting started again on the 9th and lasted til the 15th then i started my period on the 16th, I had only been using the cream for about 3-4 days when i started my period so i had to stop. This month i was suppose to start on the 14th but it never came( was even using the cream) and the past week i have had sore breasts mostly the nipples. I took a preg test this morning and it came out negative so what now?? hubby and i would like to conceive..

I know how your feeling, my husband and I have been ttc and every month that my period comes I cry, this month I havent gotten it yet and my nipples and side of my breasts have been sore too which is unusual for me, along with some other things going on (that i hope im not just imagining)...Its so hard waiting to get pregnant when you just want to be a parent so bad...I know how frusterated you must be and what your going through...I need to test but have been afraid to for the fear of getting a negative. I guess we just have to do what everyone (annoyingly) keeps saying and just be patient...when the time is right it will happen for us all. Good luck to you and I hope we all get our little miracles soon.

Well, when you're pregnant it's the horomones that make your nipples hurt...Since you're taking a horomone, ask your doc if it could be the cause and if not, get a blood test.
