January 2007 was my first period in a year, Their was no cause as to why i wasn't getting my period i have had tests such as my pituitary gland, thyroid, prolactin levels, liver/kidney function, LH and FSH levels tested and everything was perfect....Mind you I am 20 years old. anyways my doctor gave me a progesterone challenge 10mg for 7 days to see if that would induce a period and it did so then she suggested i use a natural progesterone cream the last ten days of my cycle..Well in february i had spotting on the 3 and 4th then the spotting started again on the 9th and lasted til the 15th then i started my period on the 16th, I had only been using the cream for about 3-4 days when i started my period so i had to stop. This month i was suppose to start on the 14th but it never came( was even using the cream) and the past week i have had sore breasts mostly the nipples. I took a preg test this morning and it came out negative so what now?? hubby and i would like to conceive..

If you plan on getting pregnant and your body is already showing signs of disorder then I suggest giving your body a thorough detoxification, not only will it reduce stress that is obviously happening with your organs, it will clear out all the residual meds that lay dormant upsetting your natural body functions. I have found this works every single time.

I wish all the best to you, your husband and future baby.

Sometimes those pregnancy tests can give a false negative. Sore breasts was one of my first symptoms of pregnancy with both of my children. I would go to the Dr. for a blood pregnancy test just to be sure.
If you're not pregnant, I'm sure he will run more tests to see what could be causing your sore breasts. Maybe your hormone levels are off because of the progesterone...
Good luck on conceiving : )

The hormones are causing the changes in your body especially at the moment your breasts and your nipples
Are you underweight that can cause the lack of periods as well. your doctor may have to lower the dose of the hormones that you are in-taking at the moment.
Are you seeing a gyno? there is something that is causing the lack of periods but what that is the real question.
Seek attention when you can I think this needs to be attended too.

Sore breasts can just be a symptom of the hormone issues. As for trying to concieve, start drinking lots of red raspberry leaf tea ( the real stuff, not just flavored). It helps with general uterine health regardless.
