First you have to figure out what she likes. Some people may love a massage but others may not want to be touched by a stranger. Some people may love italian, or mexican, or french, or steak. If you know your girl, doing something special for her shouldn't be to hard. Heck maybe your girl is into sports, I don't know. There are no two people who are exactly alike. Anything you want, can be found in Vegas.

Take her to the Spearmint Rhino and buy her a lapdance or two (make sure to get a couple for yourself while you're there). Then buy her some chicken fingers at the snack bar and let her give you a hummer in the back of the cabride home to the hotel. Get her liquored up so she passes out and then go downstairs to the casino and lose all of her money. If she still loves you in the morning, you've got a keeper there, pal! (ask if she has a sister for me)

Since she is treating you, let her know how much you appreciate it.
Act like it's your very first date, and complement her on how she looks, and how much fun you are having. Be extra-gentlemanly when you go out. Hold the doors open for her, hold her chair as she is being seated in the restaurant, let her walk in front of you as you enter restraunts, theaters, clubs.
If you have the resources, treat her to a show, or for dinner, or clubbing. If not, all the above will show her how much you appreciate her gift.

take her to a very nice hotel, then @ night take her to a nice romantic dinner(have crab), have the imployes at the hotel cover your room with candels and rose peddals white and red, a glass of champain, smooth music(lets get it on) chocolet covered strawbarrys, whipped cream, in the champain glasses make sure you have frozen blue barries in them cuz it makes the champain taste extra sweet. and make sure you have her outfit put out on the bud for her to put on
langerie and make it red
then make the smothest most wonderful love you have ever had together
