Get an attorney and sue him for spousal support. And yes half of everything he purchases while you are still marred belongs to you. If he has filed already get an attorney to answer if now I would file first.

Call legal aid in your area they are free and they can guide you as to where to go to file for a divorce and file for support, you deserve to be compensated, have you thought about filing for social security for your back problems? If you cant qualify for that , go to Social Services and they can help you get a job, apartment, food stamps to name just a few so you can get back on your feet. Don't take him back, he wasn't concerned about you at all when he left you in that situation, start fresh. Good Luck to you.

go to your local city gvnmt office they have programs to get you food and shelter. go file papers yourself so you can start getting some of his income.and your stuff back.good luck your better off without him .if hes so cold as to just up and leave you he aint worth squat anyhow.Sounds like the same kinda guy who doesnt want a pet so he drives out in the country and drops it out the door..there are plenty of guys who will treat you right.
