Depends how you say it

Sion is the welsh spelling of Shaun (said the same just spelt different)

Or was it Sion / Zion

At the end of the day it's your baby and you'll have his best interests at heart

I love it because its biblical. Mt. Sion or Zion is where the Lord will stand when he returns to Earth. That is also the site of many biblical occurences.

Not crazy about it (Scion is a division of Toyota) but with the right middle name it could be okay, and less "cold" sounding.
