The smoothest voice without a doubt Bing Crosby. His voice was very clear and precise. Dean Martin was more a stage performer singer - excellent on shows. I am not a fan of Frank Sinatra but he had a good voice. If I have to look at them when they were young and I had to choose then I would choose Dean Martin - he had sex appeal and was a real smooth talker in the movies he made. Frank Sinatra was not a good actor and he used his singing voice to "make up" for it. Bing Crosby was also attractive in his hey days, but sexy - yes then Dean Marin. Smooth - Bing Crosby.

Frank Sinatra, but i also have to mention early Johnny Cash songs back when his voice is still at its smoothest; even though it still sounded good at the end...
