Wow did you nail it.
BLUESTAREYED: The terrorists don't exist?
JACKSPICER: 90% WRONG?
HUNSARERETARDS: There is no war?
JOHN_STOLWORTHY: Just one point, they are being treated better than they should be under the Geneva Convention. You are assuming these are POW's. According to the Geneva Convention they are not. They are enemy combatants. Anyone who does not wear a clearly identified uniform, hides among the civilians and kills our soldiers is no POW. We are within our rights to execute these monsters on the spot.
Which political party's candidate do you suppose the terrorists prefer to win in 2008? I am sure you know the answer. Wake up and smell the Jihad. You democrats are on the same side of the issues as the ENEMY!!!
Hello?

democrats
OPPOSE the patriot act. not true, only parts of it
OPPOSE data mining. true
OPPOSE money trail following. false
OPPOSE nsa wiretaps. false. they want the law to be followed for wiretaps i.e. a warrant withing 24 hours
OPPOSE the use of the military in iraq and afghanistan. false. I do not know ANY democrats opposed to the war in Afghanistan, only the one in Iraq
OPPOSE the detention of battlefield captives. false. They want then held in in accordance with the Geneva Accords
OPPOSE coercive interrogation. True. A more common name for this is torture. What SANE person would advocate torture?
OPPOSE profiling at airports and the borders. True. It is discriminatory
OPPOSE surveillance of known islamic agitators. False
OPPOSE sanctions against aggressive enemies.
False
OPPOSE our president, the officers in his administration and all they try to accomplish to ensure our safety, way of life, and democracy.
The President is sworn to uphold the laws of the United States, not rewrite or ignore them as he has been doing.
Nice try, though. If you step outside the box you've been living in, maybe you'll see that not all Democrats fit into a nice, neat package like you seem to believe.
Waging war on an entire group of people based on the actions of a few is wrong, and I will not support it like you obviously do.
democrats SUPPORT the impeachment of the president. some, not all
SUPPORT constitutional rights for terrorists. If they are Americans, yes, not foreigners
SUPPORT the closing of gitmo and abu ghraib. yes
SUPPORT the defeat of american forces in iraq and afghanistan. false
SUPPORT their allies against america in the u.n. and elsewhere. Iraq WAS the UN's problem until we made it ours
SUPPORT the marginalizing of america. First off, spelling America with a small "a" shows how much disrespect YOU have for her. America has been marginalized by the actions of those in power. Hmmmmm.... who is that again?
Jacob W: Are they prisoners? yes. Were they captured during a war? yes. That makes them prisoners of war. "Enemy combatant" is a meaningless term thought up by the current administration to skirt their legal obligations.

Defending the undefendable actions of the Bush Regime in some kind of babble regarding what a Democrat believes is a waste of my time, your time, and everyone else who indulges your misrepresented interpretation of the Democratic parties call for Justice.
The Patriot act was an 800 page document that went from a purposeful scheme to grab Presidential power based on an illegal justification for war--to a law that was passed after only one day of consideration--one day to decipher an 800 page document. Then, a White House cronie that was forced upon Senator Spector, a staffer he was coerced to hire through threats of non-support from the Party, adds
the provision to the already voted upon bill that took away the Senates right to confirm attorney's. As a Staff Senator, he is given the authority to legally take that action. And low and behold, Attorney's that aren't prosecuting Democrats fast
enough or backing off Republicans quick enough are outsted in favor of Cronies that are nothing more than partisan hacks.
Chuck Hagel (R) supports Impeachment. Is the Government actually trying to prosecute terrorists or patriotic Iraqi's that really had no choice but to join militia's--as their entire economic structure was obliviated. Just how many prosecutions have they actually gotten a ruling on?
Your opinions are a complete joke and I feel sorry for you and your lack of comprehension of the relevant issues that hamper our Democracy.

Let's review - Oppose the lack of oversight in the Patriot Act, and, as we've seen, that has lead to law enforcement abuses against people who have nothing to do with terrorism.
Oppose data mining of people WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH TERRORISM.
For NSA wiretaps of international calls and of terrorists, oppose domestic wiretaps of calls between US citizens WITHOUT A WARRANT. For wiretaps from the FISA court. Note: FISA warrants can be obtain retroactively - up to 48 hours AFTER you start listening.
FOR the use of military in Afghanistan. So much so, they oppose removing the focus from it.
AGAINST the war in Iraq - BECAUSE IRAQ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TERRORISM - or didn't, until we created a haven and training ground there.
FOR detention of battlefield captives - AGAINST sweeping up anyone, over 90% of whom are later released because they have nothing to do with terrorism, as unspecified "enemy combatants"
OPPOSE torture - not only is it wrong, but it is also ineffective and unreliable - and that's the conclusion from experts who used torture for a long time, before deciding it wasn't useful.
OPPOSE racial and ethic profiling, FOR behavioral profiling.
For surveillance of people with terrorist ties, AGAINST monitoring people just because of their religion or their use of free speech.
For sanctions against nations that act out, FOR diplomacy, especially when it has worked, OPPOSE the 6th grade schoolgirl approach "I'm not talking to you."
OPPOSE the current administration's drive for authoritarian power without checks or balances.
Democrats support impeaching of the president - so do many conservatives. Remember "rule of law" that was so popular over a private affair?
Support OUR Constitutional rights.
SUPPORT the closing of any detention facilities that do not operate in a lawful manner and use torture.
SUPPORT leaving the crossfire in Iraq because that will not be solved by military alone and is already a failure.
SUPPORT the US actually being held to our own rhetoric about being an example of freedom and democracy, and not some bully military superpower that will violate any and all international laws that we agreed to on a whim.
OPPOSE the marginalizing of the US - that has happened because of the abject failures of this administration, so if they OPPOSE Bush, they must, by definition, oppose the marginalization.
So, I ask again, please define the meaningless buzzword "islamofacism."

I'm not a democrat, but seriously - what?
First of all, there is no such thing as "Islamofascism." Islam, the basic religion, does not support terrorism nor violence nor bombing the US nor anything else like that.
Muslims, the people, as a whole, do not either.
There is an alarmingly high number of Muslims who do commit terrorist acts, unfortunately, but get this - most of them are uneducated, illiterate, completely un-knowledgeable about their own religion anyhow.
So, if you're referring to "The War on Terror," and I assume you are - half of that stuff you listed is just a poor excuse from the Republicans on monitoring ordinary Americans. Ask me how the Patriot Act has affected ME - a white American - and you'd be surprised. Do you want my rights compromised too? Yours? Or are you just an ordinary boring run-of-the-mill bigot?
As for President Bush - his head is so far up the Saudis butts it's not even a joke anymore. Bush is waging war on Arabs because they have precious oil, and that is it. I don't even like Michael Moore, but the footage he presented in "Fahrenheit 9/11" - specifically regarding Halliburton and Bush and Cheney's buddy-buddy-ness with certain wealthy Arabs, well...not a joke.
So let me ask you this - when all of this is over and Bush has waged war on all of the Arabs/Muslims/Middle East/however you want to put it, do you think he'll still be sucking certain bin Laden *****?

how can you wage a war on a non-existant concept?
you do realize that the term "Islamo-fascism" is an oxymoron, right?
fascism is inherently secular (read non-religious) because devotion to God would lessen your devotion to the state. Islam is about submitting to God (if you think that is bad or good, thats not the point here) and that there is no God before God.
Jacob? i didn't say that. I said Islamo-fascism is an oxymoron. do you know what that means? it means that its two concepts that are opposite and together don't make sense. they contradict.

They support nothing in the war on terror. This is of course because they are infected with political correctness. Those who suffer from PC can only see evil coming from White or Jewish males, because islamofacisits don't fit the profile they never see them coming
