I've kept them bottled up for a long time because I didn't have anyone to trust. These days, I talk about them with my closest friends, and that's exactly what I needed....it's been a long time since I had friends I knew I could trust.....but I have some now :)

I try to talk about them with others because if you keep things bottled up, that bottle will eventually explode

Mostly keep them bottled up.
I am the one they come to for help, if I go to them it just turns their world upside down. It is quite unpleasant
