There was no Viking 12 or 13.... The Viking missions (1 & 2) were the first successful Mars landers.

Even if viking missions 12 and 13 existed (as others have stated there are only 2; both to mars) they would be close to the edge of our solar system, assuming they have been traveling for upwards of 15 years. Our own galaxy is MUCH too large to cross in the timeframe of this half century (space travel for us) and the void between galaxies is very very large (think thousands and thousands of light years). We would need a vehicle capable of faster than light travel to accomplish any such task in anything less than a mind boggling amount of time.

log onto the NASA website. it'll lead you to a page showing exactly where the Pioneer and Voyager explorerers are right now (I'm assuming that's what you're looking for, not the Viking Mars landers). they're still in our solar system.
