She openly admitted that she did not use Proactiv, she had taken acutane to get rid of her acne. Proactiv sued her for breech of contract, but still runs the ads.

Hmmm. I'm not sure. Most folks believe she's dumb, but you should read the interview they did with her in Glamour mag a few months back. Changed my mind. That girl is a money-making genius. Smart enough to give the people what they want, and not let it define her personally.
Yeah, I think she's used it. She may not use it now, but I think she has.

Sure, why not? My husband uses it and he is quite proud of the fact that he and Jessica Simpson have something in common. (Not really, but it sounded good)
