That ticked me off. It reminded me of another
national organization that wants to weed out
co-workers for not contributing.

The Salvation Army is world-wide, about 112 countries, and maybe some large chapters have an automated voice menu to handle routine inquires, usually there's an option that will lead to a customer service representative.

I called the local salvation army here and they did not have a voice mail directory. the phone is answered by a live person.
