Why do I have the message, " Please wait while checking system configuration on my screen?

Someone please give me the solution to this problem. This has been on my screen since the computer technician added my SBG Express line.

You are either running a new program and your computer is checking to see if it is compatable, or you've just started the computer and it's warming up. Mine checks the configuration when I first boot up the computer also.
It's nothing to worry about, it's normal for a computer to do this.
