The hair spray answer is very good. let the spray set a few minutes after the first spray. Then blot with a CLEAN kleenex or paper towel. Keep spraying and blotting with a clean kleenex so you don't put the wet ink back on your garment. This works really fast when the ink is fresh.

EASY!!! a can of the cheapest hair spray you can find . spray, blot with rag ,repeat till its gone. this may remove color; test on inside piece of hem or lining. but polyester is usually OK.
