the good news is once you have the baby you will have panic attacks without being pregnant.

I had panic attacks because I would start thinking of all the things going on with me and the baby and everything that could go wrong and could I handle this and would I be a good mom etc, etc,. It might help to just go on a short walk or call someone to chat. Try finding a friend that has been through pregnancy before. Maybe they have had the same thoughts/feelings. If its really bad you might call your doctor.

I did i had a sudden fear of dogs sounds strange but when you become a mum your maternal instincts take over i think its a sub concious thing what ever it is that makes you panic make sure your with someone when its likely to happen(if you know of course) and just tell yourself that you and your baby are fine and your just being over protective even now i don't like dogs near me in case they bite you can't help but feel protective when you have kids good luck in your pregnancy and enjoy every moment cos they grow up so quick!

I think just about everyone has had them
Take a deep breath and pray your baby will be ok
Just keep your thoughts on having a beautiful healthy baby a true gift from God! and the rest will take care of itself
Best of luck with your pregnancy!
