Jazz or R & B song cant find title?

The song has a girl singing it and its slow kinda like jazz music in background she says some of the lyrics as...

and he said "be with you"

its pretty song dont know who sings it but its either jazz or r & b

Sounds like Deborah Cox/Tamia/Jill Scott.. It really does sound familiar ...

Maybe Elisabeth Withers also " Be with You" thats a long shot but also a great song.
