If anyone can think of how to mix, or include Nancy Celestine that would be great. It would be a middle name and I am leaning toward Ella for the first name.
Any other suggestions for middle names for a boy or girl would be great. It will be Logan if it is a boy. I don't like boring names like Michael, David, James, but I also don't like unique names either. Something strong, not used all the time, but you can still find it on a toothbrush! (I picked Ella before I knew it was one of the top names this year!!!! That is why I am not so sure about it anymore!)
Thanks

I don't need to use both names, just one and I should have said want, not need to include her name. I want to use her name

How funny is that? I was thinking the same thing, and my mom's name is Nancy, lol... but in any case, why not just use Celeste? That's such a beautiful name, it's a part of the name, you know? I think she would like it if you told her that you wanted to use part of her name in it and you chose to do Celeste or something like it in her honor... :)

Family names can be tricky, but you have to use what you like. Play with the letters and see whay names come out of that. I didn't want to name my son Michael, (like his dad, uncle, and great uncle) so I decided to use Ross as his middle name which is also the middle name of the others, and my grandfather's first name. Using the family name in the middle is acceptable and diplomatic. Just remember no matter what name you pick there will always be someone with an opinion different from yours. This is your baby use your favorite name and once it is on paper and legal, no one can fuss.

My mother's name was Deloris June and I did not like that name for my daughter, so I took the "lori" from Deloris and combined it with my mother-in-law's name (Ann) to create Lorianne Grace, which I love. Perhaps you can do the same with your mother/mother-in-law names to create something you like with Ella. The previous suggestion for Nanstine was different. What about Nelle, Nella, Nanelle or Nanella?
Logan (Logen, Logann, Logann or Loganne) would be cool fine for a girl's name too by the way...just in case you both like that one. Most of all, do what you want to do because you will be the one yelling it out for the next 50 years! lol
p.s. I am thinking of Jameson Drew for a boy's name if I have a son (picked from using my dad and my father-in-law's names: James Edward and Howard Andrew), you mentioned James in your post so perhaps this would work for you as well?

You're probably biased against it because you've heard it all your life, but I think Celestine is a pretty and unusual name,I really don't care for Ella at all,but Ella Celestine has a nice flow to it.

I like Ella Celestine. Also, if you want to make Ella more unique, have her full name be Eleanor and call her Ella for short.

Ella Celeste (popular french name) would be nice, it's a bit like Celestine. I would leave Nancy out of it though! Would one name incorporated not be enough?

How about Ella Nanette? I really like the name Logan. I'm not sure about a middle name though.
