For me it was the 1989 Batman movie directed by Tim Burton. The cast was great especially Jack Nicholson as The Joker, SUPERB!

Spiderman 2 is the greatest of all time because the action, the story, the acting, the special FX and the underlying love story were all awesome. I thought Superman Returns had the potential but fell short in the love story department where Spiderman 2 accelerated in it. What makes Spidey 2 a cut above the rest is that it still holds up after repeat viewings.

Batman Begins hands down.

Almost every superhero movie disappoints either its cult following, movie viewers or movie critics. Batman Begins garnered the approval of the majority of the groups.

George Clooney? Val Kilmer?
Michael Keaton was okay but Bale's depiction of Batman was definitely the only one you could really take seriously...

Depends on what you like.

Mike Keaton as Batman was one of the worst miscasting for the Batman role. Thank god they finally got it right with Christian Bale.

Chris Reeves as Superman was great, and the movie was awesome.

V for Vendetta was superb. Hellboy..... could have been better, but still good.

Sin City and 300 were excellent.

The X-Men movies were completely ruined for me by bad cast and even more atrocious writing.

I think the newest batman movie was great (at least it was an improvement from the crazy ones with Mr. Freeze, etc.) It was more real. However Spiderman is great. It has action, love, and it kind of pulls on my emotions *sniffle* lol.
