Make yourself a cup of coffee, drink it. Then lay down for a 30 min nap, by the time you wake up, the coffee will kick in too, thus giving you more energy.

Drink coffee or tea. Walk around the house with a cordless phone. But do your job like you are all grown up. You have a responsibility to those people you are taking calls for. Their livelihood depends on you getting them jobs. Or quit.
