i ve put up posters n it is 4 d age group 8 to 12 n v teach caligraphy, dance n also indian shlokas . v also ve a sadana day where v allow children 2 show their talents n our address is:- #31 Kalkinilaya , 11th cross, gangamma layout , ashok nagar Banglore-560050

Schools usually put out newsletters every month. See if you could get a couple of schools to let you put your info in their paper. Also I'd put an ad in a local newspaper.

i think u should give an advertisement in popular newspaper it will cost u 2000/- for small n 5000/- for a big one for two days (i.e sat n sun) . these r the rates in delhi u should consult wht r in banglore.
moreover there r some sites whc advertise contents for free u should check em out. here are three dat i remember

Hello dear friend,
to get little publicity you can arrange to advertise in local cable TV channel and they charge very low .also you can distribute pamplets in newspapers thru hawkers.
