ok the thing is i have internet exporer 7.o and everytime i click on it it opens internet properties i tried unistalling it and reinstalling it but it still does the same thing i really just need some help on this and i dont no any other way to get to the internet but aim because aim has a page that pops up and lead to the internet but i dont want to use it under aim so can anybody help me?

remove it through add/remove programs. It will be reverted back to IE6. Then simply install IE7 again.

Have you installe dit then placed it as your default (homepage). I'm not quite sure what you mean opening it through the aim. Once you have gone through the aim create a short cut on your desk top for the internet explorer itself. Make the internet explorer as your default. When the internet explorer screen appears go to your view stroll to toolbar and put a check next standard buttons, address button, and lock bar. Then go back to your view and and stroll to Explorer make sure it reads Search, Favorites, History, My Web, Yahoo messenger, Folders. Do not put checks next to these. If they are checked, uncheck them. This I hope will help LOL! The only other suggestion I can make is uninstall your email service, then use the same disc you recieved to reinstall it to reinstall, but this time put the internet explorer program in before hand.

I think its a first time use thing for IE7, they try and make you change default search engines etc.
IE7 is crap at the mo, uninstall it an use IE6,
