You can try to use ice cubes on it to freeze it and then pick it off, or you can rub cooking oil onto it until it gets gooey and then wipe it up, or you could use WD40 and rub it on it until it softens enough to wipe. If you use oil, it may take a couple of times. Either way, one of those methods should work for you.

Try using an ice cube and freezing the gum solid first. Then pull it off gently so as not to ruin the leather. If this does not work then try using an oil base like butter or peanut butter or even cooking oil to loosen the gum. Good luck!

try using an ice cube, and also wd-40 and then use a leather cleaning product to clean it off w/.
WD-40 removes anything w/ adhesive, and it also works w/ chewing gum. I know this b/c I have a 3 yo nephew.

I suggest taking a peice of the gum and just pressing it against the gum that is stuck and remove it quickly, like pressing it against and pulling it back, it will get rid of most of it. Or by using a small amount of alcohal.

ice first this will take a lot off then nail polish remover or acetone [which is the same thing.]
