My boyfriend and I are trying to get a place in Pensacola, FL for the weekend. All the hotels we have found are 15 miles from the beach or $179+ a night.
If you know of any "unknowns" that I may try (such as some that may not be listed on the internet) I would really appreciate your input! Or perhaps if you own a place that you would rent out to us? Thank you in advance!

Two suggestions. Try Navarro Beach which is 30 minutes east - or, Destin which is an hour east of Pensacola. Both great beaches. Destin has some great night spots also.
The other suggestion is to try hotwire.com
They have last minute deals that have saved me before.
You can nail down an area in Pensacola, and choose a "star rating" and price. The catch is that you don't know the actual hotel until you book it - and it is non-refundable. They will give you a general idea, such as Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn - but not the actual hotel or location until it is paid.
I have a few condos in Destin - but they are all booked thru Spring Break.
