I live in Alberta, Canada. If you are doing 10 or more over the speed limit you are pulled over and givin a ticket for sure, if their is a cop around and if they are not on their way to somthing more important. In play ground zones you get pulled over for doing 2 over and ticketed if school had just let out and their are lots of kids around.
Im a wild man, i cant drive 55. lol !

Well, if the speed limit sign said "Speed limit 40; but you can go 55 if you want" then you shouldn't give him a ticket. But if he's going 15 miles over the posted speed limit, then yes he should get a ticket. Why, did you get one for going 55?

If you are asking whether you should give him a ticket, the answer is, "yes". As frustrating as speed limits may be for all of us, they nevertheless are the law, and the law should be obeyed.
Write the ticket and enforce the rule of law.
