I knew any kind of american food is SO unhealthy!!! sometimes I wish I didn't live in America!

Unhealthy?
It depends on your perspective. I know people who eat McDonalds cheeseburgers as a regular diet, and for them, Chinese food is the only time they get vegetables.

I knew it when I went to a real Chinese Restaurant in Chinatown San Francisco, The food was not greasy and it really tasted good
