lol kill is a little much... if the other person is a close friend of yours ask if they mind. if they do then no need to let a man get in the way of friendship... if its not a friend then who cares what they think.. they arent your friend and theres competition so she cant get mad at you cuz you won

if the other person is a friend i would talk it though with then Friends are the most important people in your life and not worth loosing over a relationship
definitely don't go out with the person behind their back
it all depends how much they like this person to be honest and how good a friend they are

Its very vague but im assuming that the other person is a friend! I would talk to your friend first and tell them that you guys liked each other and you really wanted to go for it! if its a good friend they will sit back and understand!
