You can only hold sextuple match point (6). And the circumstances call for you to be either 2 sets to 0 or 2 sets to 1 up in the match and playing a tiebreaker in that set. You would then have to win the first 6 points in the breaker. That is the absolute maximum.

6, an' that's in a tiebreak when ur 6-0 up. Otherwise, in a normal game, u can hav max. of 3 when ur 40-0 up.
