when im playing i can hear the other players and they can hear me but it keeps going in and out. is it my head set and has anyboy else had this problem

Is it the one that came with the 360? If so I am having the same exact problem. I found if you mess around with the base of the cord it goes in and out. So if you move it around for awhile it will work if you dont move it again...
I thought it was just me at first (assuming you are using the same one as me) so if its a lot of people Microsoft should replace them...it makes me mad.

if you still have the one that came with the xbox than you are going to have to get a new one. the one that comes with it is just a cheap throw togther whose only purpose was to 1 sell the xbox more efficently and 2 hold you off until you can get the new head sets

dnt complain abt it
u need a 2 mbps connection
to use XBL properly
