I dreampt last night me n my bf were sitting in this place and a girl came over and sat on his lap and he was all flirty and stuff so i went over and sat on her bf lap, my bf didnt seem bothered so me and this other one went off into this room and started kissing when we came out she was topless and all over him. he knew i was there and wernt botherd about me in the slightest! Weird or what??

He must have done something during the day that made you feel like he does not care enough about you. A small slight or something he did or didn't say. PLUS someone must have hit on him or crossed your line of acceptable flirtation. She touched his hand or laughed too long at one of his jokes, something like this. Your dream is a mashup of all the things that struck you as odd the previous day. It is the brains way of trying to sort out all this new information.

I wouldn't worry. It is just your own anxiety's coming out. I used to have similar dreams all the time, mine were always that my bf was cheating on me and I would find them in bed and then drag her out of bed and scratch her face (something I would never, ever do). However, he never cheated on me (and I do truly believe him when I asked him). I also had similar dreams about my husband.
My dreams were because I had issues trusting men. I had conselling (not coz of dreams or trust issues but for other issues) and got over my mistrust and have never had another dream like it.
Dont worryl I doubt your bf is cheating on you but I know how upsetting these dreams can be. I used to wake up crying!

Don't think of a surface meaing think deeper try to think y would i have a dream like this? My answer is your conscience is trying to tell you your bestfriend really trust you and there are going to be some ackward moments but you will make it through them
