I need a complete 10 year work history with name and location of employers,duration of employment dates and contact phone numbers.

This is a very hard task for you. Unfortunately, there is no online database availiable that contains everyone's entire work history. The best bet you have is to try to use Work Number. (website below) And the only other option I can thing of is by obtaining a background check on yourself. The accuracy and entirety of your history will most likely be weak. Good luck!

And you think a website would provide this for you? The place you need to find this information is your own brain. Call past employers if you need to. big Brother notwithstanding, a website will not have this level of detail on you. Even background check companies need to start with a copy of your resume and/or transcripts to verify your info.

I don't know about a website, But I know if you go to your local DES/Unemployment office they are able to go on their computer system and pull up any job you have had in that state, as well as what dates those jobs where worked. I hope this helps. :)
