iam trying to get conceive, but still i didnt feel any symptoms , i would like to have vitamin tablets to prepare my self if thats safe, shall i?

of course. it is especially important to take folate (1000 mcg daily), as this will help prevent neural tube defects (spina bifida and the like) in the period before you know you are pregnant. OJ is not as good a source as the industry would have you believe, but it's ok. eat lots of green leafy veggies, an even better source!

For sure!! Prenatal vitamins are essential for pre-pregnancy and pregnancy alike. Women not planning on pregnancy take these vitamins as well, so there definitely isn't any harm in it. Doc's usually recommend starting these vitamins at least a couple of months prior to conception.

That is fine and a great idea, you should also start taking folic acid too. It will help with the fetal development and it's perfectly safe to take.

yes I have been taking the for over a year now since I am TTC and the only sides effects are my hair and nails grow fast! But I am not complaining :)

Yes, infact your doctor should tell you to take them if you plan on trying for a baby. My doctor had me start taking them the day I told her I was trying for a baby. It is perfectly safe. Good Luck to you.
